which assists and encourages students to achieve and live in their
optimal health and joy.
Tara's Bio
Tara Caroselli, E-200H RYT, is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance.
She has been followed the Path of Yoga actively for over 30 years. Her main practice is with Siddha Yoga Meditation. She started on this path in 1978.
Having furthered her study of Hatha Yoga and has passed the 200 hour program through Yoga Alliance in America . She is an Experience instructor of over 1000 teaching hours after being Certified in 2005. (E-RYT 200H Yoga Alliance Certified)
She most recently lived in upstate NY in Shree Muktananda Ashram from 1991-1999. Prior to that she lived in Gurudev Siddha Peeth in Ganeshpuri, India, the mother Ashram of Siddha Yoga, from 1989-1991. She has also lived in Australia where she studied a variety of healing arts. Her training background includes:
